For RV Dealers
Websites and Hosting for RV Dealers
We build and host RV dealer websites with inventory pages you can keep current, plus pages for your service department, parts counter and storage.
In Short
- Inventory pages that are easy to update
- Service, parts and storage each get a page
- Ready before the spring and summer rush
- Hosting, SSL and email managed for you
Keep Inventory Pages Current
RV lots turn over. A unit sells, a new one comes in, a price drops. If your site still shows units you sold last month, buyers lose trust fast. Your inventory pages need to be easy to update.
We set up inventory in one of two ways. If you already use an inventory feed or a dealer tool, we connect your site to it so units update on their own. If you do not, we build simple pages you or your staff can update, with photos, floor plan and a button to ask about the unit.
A Good Unit Page
Buyers compare a lot of units before they visit. A good unit page shows:
- Many clear photos, inside and out
- The floor plan image from the maker, if you have it
- Year, make, model, length and how many it sleeps
- New or used, and any notes on condition
- A button to ask a question or book a walk-through
Keep it honest. If a unit has wear, say so. It saves everyone a wasted trip.
We also add simple filters, like motorhome, travel trailer or fifth wheel, and new or used. Buyers can narrow the list without calling you first.
Your Service Department Needs Its Own Page
Many RV owners never buy from you but still need service. That is steady work. A service page should list what you fix, like roofs, slide-outs, generators, appliances, and chassis work if you do it. Add a form to request a service slot. Service backs up in spring, so ask people to book early.
Parts and Storage
If you have a parts counter, give it a page with hours and a way to ask about a part. People can send the part number or a photo. If you offer RV storage, say whether it is indoor, covered or open lot, and how to ask about space. We do not post rates unless you want them there.
Plan for the Busy Season
RV traffic climbs as camping season gets close. Many buyers start looking online in late winter. Service requests pick up before the first trips. Your site should be ready before the rush, with fresh inventory, clear service booking and your spring hours posted. We can help you plan updates on a schedule so nothing gets missed.
Domain, Hosting, Email and SSL
- Domain. Your dealership name on a short, clean domain. See domains.
- Hosting. Inventory pages carry lots of photos. We size images and host on fast servers so they load well. See hosting and our guide on what hosting a small business needs.
- Email. Separate inboxes like sales@yourdealer.com, service@yourdealer.com and parts@yourdealer.com, so each request reaches the right desk. See email.
- SSL. Keeps buyer contact info and trade-in details safe on the way to you. See SSL.
Next Steps
Tell us how you track inventory now, which departments you run, and your busy months. We will map out the site with you. See pricing or contact us.
Common Questions
Can my website pull inventory from the tool I already use?
Often, yes. If your inventory tool offers a feed, we connect it so units update on the site without retyping.
How do I take sold units off the site?
If you use a feed, sold units drop off when you mark them sold there. If not, we build pages your staff can update in a few clicks.
Can service customers book online?
Yes. We add a service request form that goes to your service email, so your writers can call back and set a date.
Can I have separate email for sales, service and parts?
Yes. We set up inboxes like sales@yourdealer.com and service@yourdealer.com on your own domain. See email.
Should I post storage prices?
That is up to you. We can list them, or keep the page to features and a form to ask about space.
