Why Your Email Address Matters
When a customer gets a quote from a free email account, it can look less real. An address like office@yourshop.com tells them they are dealing with a real business. It also keeps working if you change internet providers or phone plans.
Getting Into the Inbox
Big email providers like Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook check who is allowed to send mail for your domain. If your records are missing, your quotes and invoices can land in spam. We set up three records for you:
- SPF lists the servers allowed to send your mail.
- DKIM adds a signature that proves the mail was not changed.
- DMARC tells inboxes what to do with mail that fails those checks.

Two Ways to Set It Up
A Full Mailbox
Your mail is stored with us, and you read it in any mail app. This is the best fit for most offices and shops.
Forwarding Only
Mail sent to your new address is passed along to the inbox you use today. It is quick to set up. Replies may still come from your old address unless you set up sending too, so ask us before you pick this.
Moving Your Old Email
If you already have business email somewhere else, we plan the move so nothing gets lost. We copy old messages when your current provider allows it, and we switch your records at a quiet time. Read how to set up business email for the full steps.
Common Questions
Can I use my business email on my phone?
Yes. It works with the built in mail app on iPhone and Android, and with desktop apps like Outlook.
Why do my emails go to spam?
The most common reason is missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records. We check and fix these as part of every email setup.
Can I keep my old emails when I switch?
Usually, yes. We copy old mail when your current provider allows it. We will tell you before we start if something cannot be moved.
How many addresses can I have?

Is business email the same as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
